The point is, afte three years, the couple has split - again!

Longevity in relationships has never been to frequent in Hollywood, but c'mon you two. We can't bare to see you ruin other people's lives so just kiss and make up.

More Trouble For Lil' Wayne

When it comes to Lil' Wayne and legal troubles, we're no longer surprised.
Now this time around, record producer Darius Harrison is suing the rapper for $2.5 MILLION!
The reason?
Seems Darius, aka Deezle, and The Royalty Network are claiming they're owed $2.5 million in unpaid royalties.
Deezle claims they own the right for the use of Mrs. Officer [...]

When it comes to Lil' Wayne and legal troubles, we're no longer surprised.

Now this time around, record producer Darius Harrison is suing the rapper for $2.5 MILLION!

The reason?

Seems Darius, aka Deezle, and The Royalty Network are claiming they're owed $2.5 million in unpaid royalties.

Deezle claims they own the right for the use of Mrs. Officer on Wayne's 2008 CD Tha Carter III. They also say they own the rights to any profits Wayne's made due to the sale of ring tones, music videos, and such.

Somehow we have a feeling this lawsuit, which was filed yesterday in New York, won't be the last against Lil' Wayne.

Walter Kirn, author of the novel Up in the Air, which was adapted into an Academy Award nominated film, is PISSED because he didn't get an invite to the Award Show!!

"Caution to writers: Don't expect that because you write a novel that becomes an Oscar-nominated film that you'll be invited to the Oscars."

A Paramound rep quickly tried to diffuse the backlash.

"The Academy has a process that we are following and we are respectfully waiting for them to allocate additional tickets. Of course, Walter Kirn is on our wish list for seats, as are producers and executive producers of our film who do not have seats yet."

Psssh. We're sure that's EXACTLY what happened.

Brittany Murphy's Brother Upset That Father Was Denied Access To Her Grave

This would be upsetting.
Brittany Murphy's half-brother Jeff Bertolotti is outraged that their father Angelo Bertolotti was denied access to her gravesite on Monday to pay his respects. Jeff says:

"I cannot think of a more cruel thing to do to an 84-year-old man. He's on the birth certificate. For an 80-something-year old man [...]

This would be upsetting.

Angelo is working on getting his name to appear on the death certificate at the Los Angeles County Coroner's office which should clear up the issue. Jeff continues:

"I don't think anyone from our side of the family is on the list (to visit the grave)…When someone passes, it's a time to bring everyone together, not turn them away."

We agree! Hopefully they get it all sorted out soon!
