Paris Hilton has the right to feel a little insulted this morning and has threatened legal actions against a New Zealand advertising company that used this ad to promote available billboard space.

Media5 used her image and plastered it across a billboard in Wellington along with the word "vacant" to sell their billboard. Only problem is, the company never asked for permission to use the picture and now Paris is ready to drag their asses to court

A spokesperson for Media5, Adam McGregor, responded to the advertisement, saying: "(The poster is just) a bit of fun. Paris has a proven ability to laugh at herself. We assume that the agency has taken care of the rights to the image of Paris, but we will ask the question. We're not trying to offend anyone."

Again, she totally has the right to be fuming, but still, we have the giggles over this one!

Joss Stone opened her big dumb mouth again about her marijuana usage and now she has the National Drugs Prevention Alliance up in arms!
In a new interview, she didn't hold anything back about how often she smokes weed and whether or not she's into other drugs.

"I smoke weed, but I don’t think it’s really a drug. It’s more of a herb. I don’t regret saying that at all. I think everyone smokes weed and people who say they don’t are lying! It depends if I’m working, and on what song. And whether it’s a smoking studio or not! It’s like having a drink."

On weed's "evil stamp":

"Weed has been given this evil stamp, but how is it dangerous? It’s going to make you laugh your arse off? You might go to sleep? I think alcohol is much more harmful. People beat the f*ck out of each other on alcohol. But I don’t smoke weed all day long."

On other drugs:

"I live in Devon and hardly ever go to clubs. When I do, I’ll drink three or four beers then move on to a vodka. I don’t want to take all those horrible drugs. Although some sound fun, so I might dabble now and then!"

Naturally these comments have upset anti-drug campaigners in Britain and David Raynes, head of the National Drugs Prevention Alliance, says of Joss:

"She should consider the effects that her comments have on other people, especially young fans who look up to her. People like Joss Stone should keep their mouths shut about things like this."

We think she should keep her mouth shut about everything!

Another project that may be on Goldie's horizon one day is a film with her daughter Kate Hudson. Kate has expressed interest in doing a movie with her Oscar-winning mother saying:

"Mom and I would like to do something together. But she is so busy doing other things in her life right now that she finds really fulfilling. If the right thing came along maybe, I don't think she'd be closed to it. We have an idea that we would like to sort of pursue, although it's very early and we don't know if that will ever really happen or come to fruition if it's the right thing. But we definitely want to have that together at some point."

We actually would like to see them on the silver-screen together.

Tracy Jordan Morgan's Audience Walks Out On Him!

Folks got a lot more than they bargained for when Tracy Morgan took the stage at Carnegie Hall on Friday. In fact, more than half of the audience WALKED OUT of the theater after the first few jokes of his set.

Folks got a lot more than they bargained for when Tracy Morgan took the stage at Carnegie Hall on Friday. In fact, more than half of the audience WALKED OUT of the theater after the first few jokes of his set.

Obviously, people attending the show were hoping to see more of Tracy's 30 Rock side, but instead, they were given filthy, explicit sex jokes, jabs at the Presidential family, and a direct hit at homosexuals. (Mr. Morgan thinks it's a "choice," just like it was choice for everyone to ask for their money back from his terrible show.)

At one point, he even started ­"mimicking explicit sex acts on stage", which prompted the "continuous flow of people getting up and leaving."

We appreciate that comedy has taken a turn for the raunchy, but this idiot should have considered his audience before he got up there! He was in Carnegie Hall!

Save that shit for Thursday night at the Laugh Factory!
