The rapper says that Woods would have been better off if he instilled fear in his ho's!
"Tiger . . . It's interesting. Fear factor - you need a little fear there, a woman need to feel that maybe he's going to snap," Fiddy mused.
We think he may have a point!
He continued:

Damn - he's been tried and convicted when his wife hears that.
Fiddy also condemned the golfer's practice in unsafe sex, which, when you're sleeping with 13 different women, is almost hilariously ludicrous.
Said the rapper: "Thirteen women and no condoms - you're a gambling man ain't you Tiger."
