A source says:
"Tracy broke up with her longtime girlfriend to be with Kim. Since they've been together, Tracy lost a lot of weight and got really skinny for Kim. They seem to be beyond happy with each other."
We hope girlfriend's not trying to change herself too much for Kim!!!
According to Real Housewives of New York star Simon van Kempen, Zolciak will be coming out on the new season of Real Housewives of Atlanta.
