That's the question many movie distributors are asking themselves when viewing Joaquin Phoenix's new documentary titled I’m Still Here: The Lost Year of Joaquin Phoenix about his efforts to become a successful rapper.

With scenes of Joaquin snorting cocaine, ordering call girls, having oral sex with a publicist, and abusing his assistants have studios perplexed on not only how to market the film, but also whether or not Joaquin is playing an elaborate joke on his audience or just merely showing his true colors.

The movie, which is directed by Casey Affleck who is married to Joaquin's sister Summer, is said to include male frontal nudity and even a scene where someone defecates on Joaquin while he's sleeping.

WTF?!?

It all sounds like an obvious piece of bad performance art to us, but how far will the actor go???
