Seems that the skeevy director may not be extradited after all.
The Swiss ministry of Justice have announced that they will not extradite Polanski until a "decision on the question of an in absentia trial" is finalized.
We thought it was!
A California State Superior judge had ruled in January that Polanski must return to California to be sentenced, but apparently the pedo's lawyers have until March 24th to appeal the court's decision.
Get the pervy perv back over here!
