The woman responsible for killing the former manager of the Ramones in 2007 has finally been convicted of second-degree murder.

Natavia Lowery was convicted in a Manhattan court room on Tuesday of killing 62-year-old Linda Stein, who managed punk legends the Ramones and went on to become a high-profile real estate agent, serving clients such as Madonna.

The 28-year-old Lowery was found guilty of bludgeoning Stein to death with a piece of exercise equipment in October 2007, along with stealing $30,000 from her.

How awful and unnecessary.

Glad to know that justice has been served!
